Your Role in the Team:

• • Establishment and operational as well as technical leadership of a software development team.
• • Involvement in all phases of the software development process for our in-house software products.
• • Supporting team members in their professional and personal development while strengthening team cohesion.
• • Continuous analysis and evaluation of new technologies and approaches to optimize our processes and solutions.
• • As a project manager, you oversee milestones and manage key parameters such as quality, time, and effort.
• • You proactively contribute to the development and implementation of new features.

Our Expectations from You:

• • Completed higher technical education (HTL, FH, or TU) in computer science, software development, or a related field.
• • Several years of professional experience and in-depth knowledge of software development, particularly with C#/.NET.
• • Ideally, experience in a similar leadership role.
• • High level of commitment, independent and solution-oriented working style.
• • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented personality.
• • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the administration of computer, server, and network infrastructure.

Independently oversee and ensure the security of our IT infrastructure.

Monitor and maintain data backup systems.

Your Profile:

You have successfully completed a technical education (e.g., university, college, technical school, apprenticeship) with a specialization in computer science.

Demonstrate hands-on experience with cloud technologies, particularly Azure.

Possess in-depth knowledge of networking and infrastructure.

Exhibit proficient skills in the installation, configuration, and administration of Windows servers and clients, including expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell.

Master troubleshooting techniques to efficiently analyze and resolve technical issues.

Have experience in implementing robust security measures and monitoring systems, including firewall rules, encryption, and security policies.

Fluent in both German and English languages.
